Our consultancy engagements place senior engineers and technical advisors directly in your context - whether that means joining your team's standups, advising your CTO on architecture decisions, or leading a critical delivery track from the inside.
We work across the industries and domains covered in our expertise areas: custom software, cloud infrastructure, AI and data systems, AEC technology, robotics, and beyond. Engagements are typically structured as time-and-materials retainers, with clear scope and defined points of review.
Not every engagement needs an ongoing relationship. Sometimes you have a well-defined problem and want it solved cleanly, on time, and for a price you agreed upfront. That's what project work is for.
We work with you to define scope, agree deliverables, and set a fixed price. We then build and deliver - handing over working software, full documentation, and any infrastructure or deployment configuration as specified. Payment is milestone-based, not hourly, so our incentive is to deliver well, not to bill more hours.
We design and deliver workshops for professionals who work at the intersection of software and their domain - architects, engineers, designers, and fabricators who want to write code, build plugins, and automate their workflows rather than depend on off-the-shelf tools.
Our flagship workshops focus on software development for CAD/CAM environments - covering plugin development for tools like Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit/Dynamo, and related platforms. We also run sessions on Python scripting, data pipelines, and applied AI for non-software-native teams. Workshops are available in-person or remote, half-day to multi-day formats.
